DISPUTE RESOLUTION (LITIGATION, ARBITRATION AND MEDIATION)

We are committed to working with you, even when negotiations between franchisers and franchisees break down. We believe in mediation, if the parties agree that this is an option for them, then we will do our best at getting their dispute resolved through peaceful means of discussion without any fighting or angering one another along way. When disputes are not resolved, we will arbitrate or litigate on your behalf.
